As a member of HFNA (Hawaii Floriculture and Nursery Association), we benefit from their contract with FedEx to ensure the best shipping discount available for delivery of fresh flowers from Hawaii. Shipping is included in the price of every Anuhea Flowers order.  

FedEx picks up orders at our farm by 10:00 am HST on days we ship. What are your shipment days?

  • Hawai'i, local, and inter-island addresses: Ship Monday-Thursday for same day or next day delivery depending on location/zip code/driver. 
  • Mainland Shipments: Ship Monday-Thursday to arrive Tuesday-Saturday (Depending on zip code; Saturday delivery is based on regional schedules and capacity).
FedEx does not pick up shipments on Saturdays or Sundays in Maui.

When will your shipment be delivered after being picked up on our farm? We use FedEx Priority Overnight Express service for delivery within 1-2 days of shipment. 
  • Shipments to Hawai'i addresses typically arrive next day by 5:00pm. Sometimes same-day delivery on Maui is possible depending on driver and FedEx schedule. No Saturday delivery is available on Maui, Big Island, or Kauai. Limited Saturday delivery availability on O'ahu and even then, is limited to only some Honolulu zip codes per FedEx Delivery Service Routes.
  • Shipments West of Continental Divide typically arrive next day between 1:30pm-5:00pm based on zip code. Exceptions can occur depending on FedEx hub and remote location and may take 1.5-2 days.
  • Shipments East of the Continental Divide typically arrive 1.5-2 days after leaving our farm between 10:30am-5:00pm based on zip code.
We do not recommend Monday delivery as we cannot guarantee the conditions of FedEx facilities and packages sit for an extra day even if Priority Overnight shipping is used since they are closed on Sundays.

* FedEx does not guarantee timely deliveries due to mechanical and weather-related problems, nor deliveries turned over to subcontractors in remote areas. Also, FedEx does not guarantee timely deliveries due to operational related problems. During certain peak times, FedEx has lifted their “money-back guarantee” as they race to build capacity for operational demands of increased ecommerce and shipping since the beginning of the pandemic and on-going labor shortages. Therefore, Anuhea Flowers cannot guarantee these deliveries if it is beyond FedEx capability. Please review our Terms and Conditions before finalizing your order in checkout for information on all policies, including refund policy. 

Holiday Shipping Schedule

We encourage all our customers to place their orders as soon as possible in anticipation of busy holiday times to ensure the desired delivery date and we appreciate letting us know if you have a flexible delivery window. We get a lot of last-minute orders and requests to deliver the day of a holiday (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving) or the week of Christmas/on Christmas Eve but it’s best to send early so you can ensure you’re getting the best selection of flowers and don’t miss out because we sell out. The fields can only bloom and produce what they can produce and as farmers we are at the mercy of nature (and nature doesn’t always care or get the memo about specific dates on the calendar ;)). The recipient will get to feel special for the week before and after the special day and that is never a bad idea;) We can always send the recipient a teaser photo and your gift message on the holiday if you miss a cutoff date and let them know that their gift is coming. 

During the holiday seasons, when placing orders last minute, we cannot guarantee same or next day shipping of your order due to the high volume of orders and the demand this places on our fields and flower production as well as our very small crew. Now with concerns from FedEx regarding overwhelming volume, we will be very hesitant to accommodate shipping dates after our suggested cut off dates and you would assume all risk in terms of potential delays. 

Anuhea Flowers will ship as soon as possible but encourages you to order well in advance of your requested ship date. We also encourage you to send to arrive EARLY. You will have the best selection of flowers and there will be no question that it will get there in the most timely framework possible due to potential operational, mechanical, or weather delays with FedEx.

  • Thanksgiving + Advent Season

    Orders for the week of Thanksgiving should be placed by Saturday 11/22/25; it is possible to sell out well before this date, however, and waitlists for holiday delivery are common; best to order well in advance to get delivery before or by the holiday. Please keep in mind weather, mechanical or operational delays can occur with FedEx even if we send items on time. Best to send early!

    The last day to ship in time for the holiday to mainland U.S. addresses is Monday 11/24/25 and for Hawaii State addresses is Tuesday, 11/25/25. Please keep in mind weather conditions and mechanical or operational delays can occur with FedEx even if we send on time. Best to send early! Anuhea Flowers is closed 11/27/25-11/30/25 to be with family.

    We will be shipping all Advent Wreath orders on Wednesday, 11/26/25 to arrive to HI addresses on Friday, 11/29/25 and Mainland addresses on Saturday, 11/29/25 in time for the beginning of the Season of Advent on 11/30/25.

  • Christmas Season

    Orders to arrive before Christmas should be placed no later than Saturday, 12/13/25; it is possible to sell out well before that date, however, and waitlists for Christmas delivery are common; best to order well in advance to get delivery before the holidays. Every year is different and the crop yield can vary. Signing up for our email list and checking our social media announcements on Instagram and Facebook are great ways to get current information, aside from website banner and blog posts on the website. As always we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders within the confines of crop supply and carrier schedule and delays. For mainland shipments to arrive before Christmas, we will likely not ship beyond Thursday, 12/18/25 BUT there is potential for the final date to be Monday, 12/22/25 to arrive by Christmas Eve. However, if you’re aware that orders shipped to the mainland on Tuesday, 12/23 and beyond will arrive after Christmas but before New Year’s Eve and are OK with it, we are happy to send orders as we are open through 12/23. For HI addresses, the last shipping date will be Tuesday, 12/23/25 in order to arrive by Christmas Eve. 

    Please keep in mind operational delays, weather conditions and mechanical delays can occur with FedEx even if we send items on time; they are experiencing rolling delays and that is beyond our control and ask for your patience and understanding as we make decisions based on the information we are given and are doing our best as a small business to navigate global shipping issues. 

    Anuhea Flowers is closed from 12/24/25-1/4/26.  Since we are a small family business and have children, it is important that we have this time to spend with our families after working long, arduous hours harvesting and creating lovely, unique gifts for our customers and then having time to catch up on year-end paperwork and field work. We appreciate your support and understanding, as do our little ones! Regular shipping schedule will resume the week of 1/4/26.

  • New Year's Day 2026

    Anuhea Flowers is closed from 12/24/25-1/4/26.  Since we are a small family business and have children, it is important that we have this time to spend with our families after working long, arduous hours harvesting and creating lovely, unique gifts for our customers and then having time to catch up on year-end paperwork and field work. We appreciate your support and understanding, as do our little ones! Regular shipping schedule will resume the week of 1/4/26.

    We are happy to send out your New Year’s as well as regular birthday, anniversary, bereavement, and “just because” gifts at that time. Mahalo! 

  • Valentine's Day

    Orders to arrive by Valentine’s Day should be placed by Sunday, 2/8/26; it is possible to sell out well before this date, however, and waitlists for holiday delivery are common; best to order well in advance to get guaranteed delivery before or by the holiday. As always we will do our best to (and typically can) accommodate last minute orders but cannot guarantee delivery by Valentine’s Day due to flower supply and shipping schedule. The last day to ship to the mainland for arrival before Valentine’s is Wednesday, 2/11/26 and for Hawai’i addresses is Tuesday, 2/12/26. Please keep in mind weather, mechanical, or operational delays can occur with FedEx even if we send items on time. Sending the week prior or earlier in the week is recommended. The flowers will still be beautiful for the holiday and beyond.

    Local pick-up options are possible for certain time slots on Thursday, 2/12/26 and possibly Friday, 2/13/26 at the farm; WITH ADVANCE ORDER REQUEST PLACEMENT AND SCHEDULED PICK UP.   • Easter

    Orders to arrive before Easter should be placed by Sunday, 3/29/26; it is possible to sell out well before this date, however, and waitlists for holiday delivery are common; best to order well in advance to get guaranteed delivery before or by the holiday. As always we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders but cannot guarantee delivery by Easter due to flower supply and shipping schedule. The last day to ship for arrival before Easter to the mainland is Wednesday, 4/1/26 and Thursday, 4/2/26 for HI addresses. Please keep in mind weather, mechanical or operational delays can occur with FedEx even if we send items on time. Best to send early!

  • Mother's Day

    Orders to arrive before Mother’s Day should be placed by Saturday, 5/2/26; it is possible to sell out well before this date, however, and waitlists for holiday delivery are common; best to order well in advance to get guaranteed delivery before or by the holiday. As always we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders but cannot guarantee delivery by Mother’s Day due to flower supply and shipping schedule. The last day to ship for arrival before Mother’s Day is Wednesday, 5/6/26 for Mainland addresses and Thursday, 5/7/26 for HI addresses. Please keep in mind weather, mechanical or operational delays can occur with FedEx even if we send items on time. Best to send early! There may be potential local pick-up options available at the farm Thursday, 5/7/26 – Friday, 5/8/26 but more details will be forthcoming as we get closer as it will have to do with flower and labor supply.
